“In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your whole self-ruled by the flesh was put off when you were circumcised by Christ, having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.” Colossians 2:11-12 NIV
Sins and wounds are the crimson stains which cannot be removed by anyone medically, technologically, and scientifically. They can only be circumcised and crucified by Christ at the Cross of Calvary. We are redeemed only through the precious Blood of Jesus. Salvation and Repentance is supernatural and spiritual. Zechariah 4:6. This is the power of the Good News of the Gospel.
Water Baptism is the cradle of faith in Christ and Spiritual Baptism is the cradle of power through Christ. One dies to the flesh and the other arises in the Spirit. Time of refreshing always come in repentance and renewal of our sins and wounds. Acts 3:19. Important question is whether we are willing to give them to Christ.
