Divine Visitation

“Because I was confident of this, I wanted to visit you first so that you might benefit twice. I wanted to visit you on my way to Macedonia and to come back to you from Macedonia, and then to have you send me on my way to Judea.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭15‬-‭16‬ ‭NIV‬‬

All things in life are not a coincidence but divine encounters which God has for us, to prosper and not to harm, to give us hope and future. Jeremiah 29:11. As we seek the Lord in prayer, petitions and thanksgiving, put our trust in Him. His plans are higher than ours and His ways are better than ours. Delay was not denial to Paul, but with a greater purpose.

Overcoming rejections and delay are not wasted time but divine waiting time to strengthen our spiritual strength, maturity and resilience. Like Daniel whose fervent prayers brought the Israelites out of Babylon. It was a spiritual battle but God always has the victory.

To God be the glory!
