Spiritual Victory

Spiritual victory doesn’t come from our flesh but from our Spirit. Our enemies do not always refer to people who hates or persecute us, but our enemies are within us, like negative thoughts, words and emotions.

King David never fail to seek God in times of trials and troubles during crisis. When the Amalekites took his family and the families of his men, they wanted to kill David. One could have oneself or give up easily. But David found his strength back from the Lord. 1 Samuel 30:6. And he enquired wisdom and word from God. In the end, he took back all he had lost from the enemy’s camp and destroyed his enemies completely with spiritual victory.

Our hearts and flesh may fail but God is the strength of my heart and my portion. Psalm 73:26. Those who put their hope in Him will not be put to shame or guilt but have faith and courage to overcome all fears, anxieties and stress. Christ is Jehovah Nissi, our banner and victory.
