A Good Heart

“The way of a guilty man is perverse; But as for the pure, his work is right. Better to dwell in a corner of a housetop, Than in a house shared with a contentious woman. The soul of the wicked desires evil; His neighbor finds no favor in his eyes. When the scoffer is punished, the simple is made wise; But when the wise is instructed, he receives knowledge.” Proverbs‬ ‭21:8-11‬ ‭NKJV

God weighs our hearts whether do we serve for self-glory, recognition or interest.

To build a strong Church, ministry, career, or business, we need people, harvesters and workers with the right heart who are willing to sacrifice. Nehemiah said to the people, “You see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lies waste, and its gates are burned with fire. Come and let us build the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer be a reproach.” And I told them of the hand of my God which had been good upon me, and also of the king’s words that he had spoken to me. So they said, “Let us rise up and build.” Then they set their hands to this good work.” Nehemiah‬ ‭2:17-18‬. ‭

Without sacrifice, there is no success. Without passion, there is no perseverance. The right heart for God is most important and we must discern persons who are willing to lay down their lives to follow Jesus, carrying their crosses and build the Kingdom of God boldly.

To God be the glory!

Word of the Month - September 2022

“Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.” Isaiah‬ ‭43:18-19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
