To have success in building the kingdom of God, never give time or attention to the enemy like Tobiah and Sanballat. They were trying to spike, discourage, threaten, and conspire against Nehemiah but this was his reply to them, "So I sent messengers to them, saying, “I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down. Why should the work cease while I leave it and go down to you?” Nehemiah 6:3. Remember those who speak against you can never go ahead of you. God hates gossips, lies and slandering. And if we do so, we need to repent as well.
In a new season, we must focus on what we see God is working and not man. We must stay away from negative opinions, perceptions and people who do nothing but critic. We too must refrain and abstain from doing so that we will be focus on where God is working in our lives by hearing His voice and obeying His will. Praise God!
