Today’s Inspiration: “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:2-3 NIV. Our battle is in the mind and why do we stress, fear and be anxious? Don’t they come from all the pursuits of earthly things and also the fleshly desires? The Prince of the air would want you to be caught up with earthly things and ensnared by the fear of lack, rejection and sickness. But not our Father God in heaven, who gave us His only Son Jesus Christ, to die for our sins and resurrected to manifest God’s divine love and providence for eternal life, which is more important than the present life.

Apostle Paul taught,”Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.”Colossians 3:1 When we fill our hearts with His Word, we sin not, and filled with Worship, we stress not. And when we pray to be filled with His Holy Spirit and truth, we fear not. Therefore put to death, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Colossians 3:5 Time of refreshing shall come when we repent of our sins for it renews our mind with Christ and the things above. It breaks the chains and pulls down the stronghold of the enemy.

Prayer: O Lord my God, turn my eyes upon you daily and lift up my head to the deeper and higher things of God. Let not my foot be ensnared by the fear, anxieties and stress of the world but be caught in the spirit to your heavenly Rhema, Manna, and Rapha; your voice, your word, and your healing in Jesus Name, Amen.
