Today’s Inspiration: “Now this I know: The Lord gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.” Psalms 20:6 NIV. Anointing comes from intimacy, communion and deep relationship with God. King David’s life depicts a man who is after God’s own heart. Acts 13:22. The difference in his kingship with other kings was that his zeal, humility and willingness to come to the presence of God in all situations for His divine wisdom, deliverance and healing. He never put his trust on man or things of the world.
Relationship with God is a divine exchange. There is no relationship without making sacrifices, communication, and care. No one can outgive God for He first loved us and gave His only Son Jesus Christ at the Cross of Calvary for our redemption of sins into eternal life. 1 John 4:19. God’s love always bring victory and unity to those who seek Him with all his or her heart. He is so much more than a judge which the religious sees Him. He is our Abba Father, who knows us more than we do ourselves. The key in getting into the heart of God is Worship and having the fear of the Lord in His Word. Do all things for the glory of God.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let me dwell in your presence and your love. You are mighty in power, slow to anger and abounding in love. Let my heart be after yours to love what you love and hate what you hate. In you I find love, faith and hope once again. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and protect me with Holy fear that I shall see victory in prayer with Holy awe, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
