7 March 2022 Word by Snr Pastor, Ps Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God. Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.” 2 Cor‬inthians ‭1:20-22‬. ‭The Word of God is the prophetic Word of the Holy Spirit, for He brings the promises of God into the present.

What the enemy does is always to bring your past into your present like a vicious cycle of failures, fears and pain. They are spiritual re-enactments so that you will be ensnared by his lies and deceptions. But the Word of God tells us that God’s perfect love in 1 John 4:18, who is our Lord Jesus Christ shall cast out all fears and expose all the lies of the enemy that we shall no longer be yoke to the slavery of sin. Galatians 5:1. Satan will always want you to have glory to self but as a warrior of God’s kingdom, we know that all glory goes to God and the reason we live is to worship Him. In this season, let’s boldly proclaim God’s promises and prophecies in our lives shall be Yes and Amen! Your calling shall overcome all crisis.

Prayer: O Lord my God, you have written all your promises in my life in thy book of life. Let my prayers be aligned with yours that my “Amen” shall glorify your Name, which is above all other Names. May the words in my mouth and meditation in my heart be pleasing to you, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
