Today’s Inspiration: “Lord, I love the house where you live, the place where your glory dwells.” Psalms‬ ‭26‬:‭8‬ ‭NIV. Loving the House of God is building the House of Prayers for all Nations. Isaiah 56:7. Our spiritual life is the cornerstone of our mental, emotional, and physical wellness and health. David knew his identity, desire and passion is to build and dwell in the House of God all the days of His life. What is our holy ambition? Is it the world or flesh, or the Kingdom of God.

Once I was struggling without a job and having a new born baby. Being the sole bread winner, I travailed at the altar call weekly until the voice of God spoke,”Don’t worry, Darien. Build my house, and leave your house to me.” There was a supernatural peace, joy and love of God that came over me. Lo and behold after the new church was established, the week later I received a doubly portion of a work assignment. God’s voice is not thunderous or soft but still, firm, and powerful. Holy Spirit is our wonderful counsellor and excellent comforter at all times. John 14:16 Come to God’s house and you will taste the goodness of God beyond your understanding.

Prayer: O Lord my God, I believe you have the plans to prosper me and not to harm, to give me a hope and wonderful future. Let me find the love, joy and passion for your House and presence like David did. I believe good things come from the house of prayers for all nations, in Jesus Name, Amen.
