Today’s Inspiration: “For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives.”Colossians 1:9 NIV Our main obstacle to breakthroughs be it in the ministry, marketplace or family is the flesh because of the lust of our eyes, lust of our flesh and the pride of life. 1 John 2:16 We struggle with what we think, what we want and what we deserve, rather than what God thinks, what God wants and what pleases God.

Apostle Paul taught,”Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.”Romans 8:8-10 We need to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit in prayers and putting God first in all we do, not grudgingly but in obedient to His word, will, and workings in us. Remember, only a living sacrifice enters the realm of the Spirit. Romans 12:1

Prayer: O Lord my God, I choose to surrender all things to you and trust in your leading in prayers, worship and word. Lead me into your greener pastures and quiet still waters, restoring my soul from all fears, anxieties and stress. I believe you have the best plans for me I choose to trust you with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding which is my flesh. Lead me by your Holy Spirit, and direct my steps in my health, work, business, ministry, and family. I choose to live in the Spirit and not in the flesh, in Jesus Name, Amen.
