Today’s Inspiration: “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6 NKJV. Why a person does not have faith? Is our faith is placed on people or things of world? It is easy to praise God when things are going well but do we still praise God during crisis or critical times in life, or do we blame God. Do we only seek God for what we want or do we seek God for who He is to us? Is He a Santa Claus or Abba Father to us?

Negative emotions, words, actions and thoughts hinder our faith in Christ. All negativity is caused by our own pride, the biggest obstacle to faith. Apostle Paul taught,”For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.” Romans 12:3. Our faith comes not just for the reward but from the relationship with God. It’s a different spirit and attitude in Christ. It is not what we can do but what God can do in our lives that renews our minds and heal our attitude, behaviour and character. Praise God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, I come to you with a contrite heart and a broken spirit you will not turn away. I choose to trust and believe that nothing is impossible for you and all things are possible in your presence. I am a child of God and I choose to pray, praise, and proclaim the goodness, greatness and holiness of God in at all times and seasons. With you I can charge an army and scale a wall in Jesus' Name, Amen.
