4 March 2023 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

“A bruised reed He will not break, And smoking flax He will not quench, Till He sends forth justice to victory; And in His name Gentiles will trust.” Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬. Today the word is for all those who are feeling weak, weary or worn out. God will not desire us to be burnt out but burnt up by Him with Spirit and Fire. There is no hopelessness in the Lord because He is the Hope of Glory. Colossians 1:27. In Him and through Him all things are being held together in desperate dire situations. Be still and know that He is God and He shall lift us up from the valley of despair and level down all the mountains of heaviness. Isaiah 40:4. He will never leave us , nor forsake us. Glory to God for He reveals His divine grace, mercy and blessing to those who pray and seek His face. Praise God!

Remember that despite the hectic Ministry and never ending demand for healing, deliverance and discipleship, Jesus never fails to seek His Abba Father’s face in prayer, petitions, and thanksgiving in just 3 years of supernatural working of Holy Spirit. Luke 6:12. If our Messiah Yeshua recalibrates His spirituality consistently, how much would it be mandatory for us as His disciples. Seeking God’s presence was the Son of man’s highest priority to thrive and triumph in and out of season. If one is too busy for God, he will be bound for a burnt out but if one is busy with God, he definitely keeps burning up because his source is not in the flesh but in the Spirit. Romans 8:14. We all need time to be filled by the Holy Spirit and this is the season to be hungry and thirsty for God’s presence.

Prayer: O Lord my God, your face I shall seek and your rest I shall desire to dwell. Draw close to me as I draw close to you. Forgive me for using my flesh and not being lead by your Spirit. May my spirit bears fruit with repentance and let a time of refreshing of thy latter rain fall upon thy vessel. Your intimacy is my deepest desire and your house is my greatest zeal. For yours is the kingdom, power, and glory forever and ever, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
