Today’s Inspiration: “For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-6.
Life is spiritual as a mature Christian and life is also a battle of triumph in the Spirit. Why? We cannot see the mind or the heart but we know they exist and likewise our dreams and visions. “The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.” John 3:8. Worship ushers in the presence of God and Intercession invokes the promises and power of God in the Spirit. Jesus’s prayer is to baptise us with His Holy Spirit and Fire. Matthew 3:11. Only with the Holy Spirit leading and empowering us can we wage victorious warfare. His anointing shall break all yokes. Isaiah 10:27. Praying in the Spirit increases our faith as God strengthens our spirit man and immunity from the enemy by putting on us the amour of light, which is the amour of God. Romans 13:12.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let thy Holy Spirit anoint us with fire to bring down all strongholds and break all bondages for souls to be healed, saved, and redeemed from the devil’s snares. Expose all lies and deceptions in our time that we may know thy truth and the truth shall set us free, in the Name of Jesus', Amen.
