4 June 2024 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today‘s Inspiration: “The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.” Proverbs‬ ‭12‬:‭18‬ ‭NIV‬‬. Most of life problems comes from communication or words to be exact. Apostle James and John speaks of words are like water which is either salty and lifeless or living and fresh, giving life to all living creatures. In fact, just having pure, clean, and drinking water can bring healing to so many nations which does even have them, and is facing sickness, illness and diseases.

God’s word is His living waters. John 7:38. The deepest wound in our lives is verbal abuse and it is worst than physical abuse, because the latter can heal on the outside but the former is not easily heal on the inside. Wisdom teaches us to guard our heart because out of it flows issues of life but how can we do that? Proverbs 4:23. It is by turning our ears to the preaching of God’s divine word and closing it to all worldly criticism, judgements and opinions. Faith comes from hearing, hearing the word of God for healing, restoration and sanctification. Romans 10:17 Witchcraft uses curses of words, and we can rebuke, refute, and revoke them by the Blood of Jesus with the Holy Word of God to sanctify us with His blessing, healing, and deliverance.

Prayer: O Lord my God, we rebuke, refute, and revoke all curses from generations, others, and even self with the precious blood and mighty Name of Jesus Christ, who took them all at the Cross of Calvary. We bind and loose them from our generation man spirit to spirit, soul to soul. We earnestly repent from all negative, careless, and callous words we have used to God, self and others. I choose to forgive those names who had verbally abused me. Sanctify and consecrate my tongue and my heart to speak words of healing and wisdom all the days of my life with your living waters, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
