Today’s Inspiration: “Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.” Joel‬ ‭2‬:‭29‬ ‭NIV. The church needs to be spiritually directed and not worldly oriented. Without the Holy Spirit, we can become religious and insensitive in our inner man, following the flesh and not the spirit. Kingdom success is guided closely by the Holy Spirit, for He is the spirit of wisdom and truth. John 14:17.

The Spirit of God carries the promises and the power of God in our lives. Before we can experience changes in our physical life, we have to experience transformation in our spiritual life inwardly in Christ. The disciples of Jesus Christ wasn’t fruitful and was fearful before the day of Pentecost. It was the Holy Spirit that empowered them and made them faithful to their calling in spreading the gospel and revealing the healing touch and miracles of the Kingdom of God. Acts 1:8 The gospel is not just of words but of power. 1 Corinthians 2:4 God’s work in God’s way, will not lack God’s divine wonders and providence. Faith in Jesus and His Spirit brings supernatural outcomes in the gospel. Zechariah 4:6

Prayer: O Lord my God, fill me and lead me with your Holy Spirit daily. Let your Word be the lamp to my feet and light to my path. My spirit is the lamp of God, and your fire is the faith that works inside of me. In your Spirit, there is a fullness of joy and good things. I believe and I receive your unction by faith, restore my soul and may your Spirit enlighten my heart to see the goodness, greatness, and graciousness of God, in Jesus Name, Amen.
