Today’s Inspiration: “By faith the walls of Jericho fell, after the army had marched around them for seven days.” Hebrews 11:30 NIV. Joshua didn’t see God face to face like Moses but he learnt to have intimacy with God, hear His voice, and obey His word. He chose to not look at his challenges or crisis but to follow God’s calling and commands. He didn’t bow to the pressure but bow to God on His promises. When we face trials, do we trust in ourselves or trust in God through following His promises in prayers, petitions and thanksgiving?

God is bigger than our burdens and His heart is greater than ours. 1 John 3:20 Jesus taught His disciples that if they have faith, all mountains can be cast into the seas when they believe. So do not trust in our sight but trust in our Savior, Jesus Christ. For faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1. Prayer, presence of God and preparation is key for breakthroughs. When we have faith, we walk in the spirit and not by our senses which is the flesh. For we live by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7. In the coming season, all Jericho walls shall fall as we commit to God’s voice of victory in praises. Joshua 6:20 So do not be hindered by fear but move by faith.
Prayer: O Lord my God, nothing is too difficult for my God and all things are possible for those who believe and receive the promises of God by faith. Let I not lean on my own understanding but trust you my Lord with all my heart. For my latter days shall be more glorious than my former ones. Turn all my burdens into your breakthroughs and let all my walls of Jericho fall at the praises of my Lord, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
