Power and authority comes from what we have put into the Lord’s hand in Prayer. Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.”Proverbs 3:3-4. Casting our cares to the Lord casts out all fears in us by His love for us.
Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood, and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen. Revelation 1:5-6. For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 2 Corinthians 10:3-4. Effective and powerful prayers comes from our relationship with God and the authority of His word in the Spirit.
Prayer: O Lord my God, I believe there is power and authority in your Name in the Spirit. As I seek your face in prayer, petitions and thanksgiving, quicken my spirit for the flesh profits nothing. Give me thy Word for they are life and health to our bodies. Let the word of my mouth and mediation of my heart be pleasing to you. You are my Jehovah Nissi, my Lord and my victory, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
