Today’s Inspiration: “We will rejoice in your salvation, And in the name of our God we will set up our banners! May the Lord fulfill all your petitions. Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving strength of His right hand. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God.” Psalms 20:5-7. The end of times is at hand, for only the Bride of Christ is able to enter the Gates of heaven.
Focus not on the things of the world but of the Kingdom of God. Repent and turn from our sins, lukewarmness and prayerlessness. You can’t enter the kingdom of God with an anguish attitude, hardened heart and a sinful life. A Bride is humbled, sanctified and made ready for the Lord. Apostle Paul taught, “Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived. But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.” Colossians 3:1-10
Prayer: O Lord my God, I repent of any old self and practices that is not pleasing to you. Heal my anguish ways, change my hardened heart and renew my mind in Christ Jesus. Cleanse and sanctify me that I may see the image of God, that is Christ and prepare me as Bride for Christ for you are Holy. Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting, putting a new self in Jesus' Name, Amen.
