Today's Inspiration: Do not judge lest you be judged. Matthew 7:1. Instead of judging, always examine yourself before the Lord. Judgement comes when we don't grant mercy to others. Therefore, it's good that we always grant mercy. God is the author of Mercy. Only He can grant us mercy.

Mercy is something you deserve but judgement comes to you instead which necessitate genuine repentance and change. Only grace is a gift you don't deserve but it's given. Therefore, always cry out that grace and mercy abound in our life.

Examining oneself in our daily Holy Communion with Him is essential because He is holy and has sanctified us to be holy. 1 Corinthians 11:28. You can't be bitter in your Communion with Him. Whether we eat or drink, we must do so by His grace and mercy and with joy of the Lord that grants us strength. It is this strength that leads us to victory against every virus that tried to invade our body that might contaminate our soul. We have only one body but many parts. Therefore union within oneself is the key to well-being in all aspects of our life. Our body no longer belong to us as it's now the temple of the Holy Spirit now that we are in Christ. 1 Corinthians 6:19. Let Him take control of our whole being by being in union with Him and what He is doing. For though our body is made from dust, in Christ we bear the image of the heavenly man Christ Himself. 1 Corinthians 15:49.

Therefore my dear beloved brethren, be steadfast, and immovable, abounding in the work of the Lord always and in love, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain and there is a reward when you reach your destiny. He will give each one according to his work. Revelation 22:12. Be righteous and be holy. God be praised.

Prayer: Lord may You make me an instrument of righteousness to love you always and be holy. May You cleanse me from all unrighteousness for You who called me is Holy. Amen.
