Today’s Inspiration: “For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but a new creation. And as many as walk according to this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God. From now on let no one trouble me, for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.” Galatians‬ ‭6:15-18‬ ‭NKJV‬. Why do we stress and feeling the bellows of pressure? Why do we become restless and unsettled? Be it at work, in school, at home or even in the ministry. We all need the Grace of our Lord in our Spirit. It is His grace that taught us give ourselves to Him.

We get stress in life because we want to be in control but the more we try to control, we loses them and that makes us more anxious, distress, disappointed and discouraged. This eventually becomes pride. In fact, prayer helps us to lose our control to God. 1 Peter 5:7. Our personal altar must take priority in our lives because if we prioritise anything above God, it becomes idolatry and we loses our peace because only God can give us His peace which supernaturally governs our mind and heart. Philippians 4:7. To build emotional and mental wellness, we need to practice yielding, surrender and submission to God in prayer. All our relationships begin with Him. When we are restful in Him, we no longer be stressful. Praise God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, let your peace and mercy fills my cup till it overflows. Let the sheaves of my tears be turned to joy and my sorrows be transformed into thy Hallow. Brings me from worrying into worshiping, and from problems to praising. In Christ, I surrender all and from now on let no one trouble me, for I bear the marks of Christ, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
