Today’s Inspiration: “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.” Matthew 5:13 NIV. God created all of us for His divine purpose, gift and calling. Many people are afraid of lack of resources but what is truly needed in the kingdom of God is the need of God’s divine direction and that’s why we pray and seek the face of God and His Word. Matthew 6:33.

What makes salt? It’s fire, actions and transformation. A fish on dry land will die but when it touches the water, it thrives. What is our purpose here on earth as it is in heaven? Jesus says,” You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16 Where is God placing you to be the salt and the light to others for Christ? Get the fire, take actions and be transformed in His likeness.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let me not lose my saltiness and fire to be your lamp for the dark world and the lost souls which will glorify your Holy and mighty Name. Stretch my faith and my direct my feet that I will know your divine plans for me to be your useful vessel. Prepare me for your greater works and stir up a new hunger within me for your Holy Spirit and anointing that brings fruitfulness and multiplication, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
