28 August 2025 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises.” Psalms 119:148 NIV. Deep prayers and meditation of God’s Word brings illumination to our minds and a renewal of Vision from our plight, problems and pain to God’s promises, purpose, and provision. Romans 4:17. The devil wants us to look at the tree of knowledge but God desires us to focus on the Tree of Life, which is His eternal life in Christ Jesus.

The woman with the issue of blood was meditating on her wellness to touch Jesus’s Hem; Peter was walking on water when his eyes was on Jesus; he was also caught in the vision of God’s salvation to the gentiles, and was freed by the angels from prison when he mediated on praises to the Lord. Moses was led to the burning bush because his focus was on God’s workings by the Holy Spirit and he fulfilled the calling, gifting and election of the will of God. God’s vision always brings forth His provision.

Prayer: O Lord my God, draw me deeper and closer to your vision and direction. Let me meditate on your promises day and night and let every moment be led by your Holy Spirit and not the flesh, for we are the children of God. In your light I see light and you are the fountain of life. Renew my mind, revive my spirit and restore my soul for every seasons shall brings for your fruits and faithfulness, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
