Today's Inspiration: It shall come to pass that on His timing, God will roll away the burdens from your shoulder and destroyed the yoke from your neck because of the anointing oil. It's this anointing that can break your chains. Isaiah 10:27.

What is the greatest need of the church today? It's godly visionary leadership that will cause transformational change. Godly visionary leadership are those who reproduce more leaders through spiritual multiplication to change the world. You must have the ability to draw in more people to be trained and reproduce as leaders. Ministry must be of maximum impact before spiritual multiplication can take place. All you need is to have faithful disciples who are available and teachable to stand with you in the process of multiplication to grow your organization like Apostle Paul who set the standard. 2 Timothy 2:2.

A good mentor stretches the mentorees outside of comfort zone like Apostle Paul did to Timothy. The critical need them was to set the church right with the right doctrines as false teachers have crept into the Ephesians church to cause division. Timothy was tasked to lead the church comprising people more senior than him.

A ministry cannot expand without the expansion of leaders. Therefore a church needs to be a disciple making church. God be praised.

Prayer: Lord guide me and teach me Your ways that I might guide others to walk the same path for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
