Today‘s Inspiration: “My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity.”Proverbs 3:1-2 NIV. Longevity and wealth comes from the wisdom of God, which is the fear of the Lord. Many a times we fear, worry and stress is because we do not seek God first but rather based on our fleshly desires. If prayers don’t come first then our problems do. To have a fruitful life as a believer, we need to not just put God first but to do God’s word in our family, work, business, ministry and all things.
The greatest weapon against fear is our faith in God, through Christ Jesus, our Lord saviour, healer, and deliverer. Wisdom spoke,”Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.”Proverbs 3:5-10 NIV. Be obedient and blessings shall come.
Prayer: O Lord my God, lead me in your Word, Will and Wisdom. Let my heart and mind be guarded by your peace and my feet and actions be led by your word. Let the word of my mouth and meditation of my heart be pleasing to you. If there are any offences, I choose to forgive and bless, to pray and to do good, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
