Today’s Inspiration: “He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.” Isaiah‬ ‭40‬:‭11‬ ‭NIV‬‬. Christlikeness is the goal of spiritual formation in a Christian life. Is the Lord our Shepherd? If He is, we will not fear lack or be insecure. He will lead us to green pastures and quiet still waters to restore our souls. Psalm 23:1. In times of troubles, He tends to us, hold us, and is gentle with us to lead us.

For a family or relational breakthrough, we need to know the needs intentionally like Christ did when He sat, ate, and heard the conditions of their hearts without judgement, criticism, and perception but with compassion, love, and forgiveness. Christ brought healing, restoration and reconciliation the flock to God. 2 Corinthians 5:18 Do not hold on to ourselves so tightly that we loose our hold on God. Rather we should hold on to God so tightly that we release ourselves. There must be forgiveness in order to have fruitfulness in all communication, communion and companionship. Love always comes with a listening ear. Shalom!

Prayer: O Lord my God, let me hold on to you wholeheartedly in 2025. Let my mind be govern by the Spirit and not the flesh; righteousness and not worldliness; forgiveness and not bitterness, love and not hatred. Let me first give myself to you in all things so that You will lead me in all things, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
