25 March 2026 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “Now godliness with contentment is great gain.”I Timothy 6:6 NKJV Do not let worldly desires and arguments ensnare you. “For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”I Timothy 6:7-10

“If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness, he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed with disputes and arguments over words, from which come envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions, useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself.”I Timothy 6:3-5 We must learn to please God and not man or the world. God pleasing brings breakthroughs but man pleasing brings bondages and snares.

Prayer: O Lord my God, what pleases you is obedience and is better than sacrifice. Let my deepest desire is to please you in all areas of my life to be contented and live according to your commandments. Set me apart from sinful, evil and contentious company, conversations and relationships. Bring me nearer to you, your teachings and fellowship of the saints who love your word, do your will and walk in your ways. Sanctify me to be your salt and light to the world, in Jesus Name, Amen.
