Today’s Inspiration: “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭10‬-‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬. In this season, the enemy is using many uncertainties to distract our eyes from the Lord’s prayer, word and worship. Have you experienced stress, weariness and worries in fighting fear, anxiety and uncertainties daily at these times. Surely our Nation is but it is also an urgent and critical time for prophetic intercession by God’s armies.

A prayerless life is a powerless life as a disciple of Jesus Christ. God is calling his people to back to the Church for prayers. There will be many things that couldn’t be solved or resolved; anxieties that is causing sleepless nights, and problems that are cyclical. It is time to be awakened and to put on the full amour of God to pray. Roman’s 13:11. Remember that it’s was only when the disciples of Jesus gathered to pray in the Upper Room, when the Pentecost wind and fire of Holy Spirit came down powerfully and turned the place downside up for the breakthrough salvation of 3000 souls. It turned disciples into apostles fearlessly for the gospel to reach the ends of the world. The fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much and is effective and powerful. James 5:16

Prayer: O Lord my God, let my heart be burnt on fire at the altar of incense. Let my life be consumed by you as your salt and light in intercession. Let I not slumber and settled for less than what you have created me for your purpose, glory, honour and power. Heal our land, our families and our Nation as we pray and put on the full armour of God, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
