Today’s Inspiration: “I sought the Lord, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears.”Psalms 34:4 NKJV The battlefield of the mind is real in this end of times of uncertainties. We had never seen such cause of global unrest of wars, deadly pandemic and economical inflation and challenges. Such were what the Israelites underwent in the wilderness. When their eyes were on Egypt, on the golden calf and the cravings of quail, it gave room to idolatry, rebellion and disaster. All these began with fear.

Moses faced tremendous stress, anxiety and fear in bringing the people out of Egypt without any immediate assured evidence of the promised land of God. But his eyes were not on the food, not in the people’s behavior, and not on what dangers they faced. His eyes were on God, praying and fasting for 40 days and nights, seeking Him in solitude, silence and stillness to hear the voice of God, obey His commands and to seek His face. There came deliverance of forgiveness of sins, providence of heavenly manna, living waters coming out from the rock, and strength that defeated their enemies. Time with God is not wasted time but most powerful time.
Prayer: O Lord my God, my eyes look up to the master and seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, for I believe all that we need shall be added. You have the best plans and purpose for me and family and it is written in your word and promises. For in you, I find faith, love, and hope. May my prayers be of sweet incense unto you, my worship be wholeheartedly pleasing and may your word be my daily bread of life and security, in Jesus Name, Amen.
