24 January 2026 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity.”Proverbs 3:1-2 NIV Why do we see people who pray, worship and come to church regularly and not seeing spiritual growth, maturity or breakthroughs? Why are attendees of many conferences, workshops or retreats not seeing inner transformation?

It is quite simple, one doesn’t spend time with God alone and building a deep relationship with His Word. Today people want the rhema but if we don’t even have the logos established in us, how do we have a deep intimacy with God or hear the voice of the Holy Spirit. How do we discern false doctrines, teachers and prophets? Are we directed daily by the pure word of God? Do we quieten ourselves and seat down with Jesus like Mary and allow the Word to change us? Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Proverbs 3:3-4

Prayer: O Lord my God, break all my busyness and lead my spirit into your holy presence and word. I desire to seat with you Lord and meditate on your Word day and night. Let your lamp and light break all darkness, sickness and lead me as my great shepherd, for your sheep hears your voice. Let me drink from your living waters, rest in your presence, and trust in your promises in Jesus Name, Amen.
