Today's Inspiration: Good will come to those who are generous and lends freely and who conducts his affairs with Justice. Psalm 112:5. The man who fears God will avoid all extremes. Therefore, do not be over-righteous nor be overwicked. Ecclesiastes 7:16-18.

We cannot grasp the wisdom of God until we come to experience a closer intimate relationship with God where we discover His power, purpose and character. Facing trials is a call to humility allowing the most High God His ways rather than our way of doing things. It opens the door to true wisdom. Facing life's trials humbly is the way to go in the fear and reverence of the Lord. This precept will guard us from temptation of the world.

We live in an emotionally damaged world. If you study seriously Jesus' mission on Earth you will find that He was sent to the Earth to free us from spiritual and emotional damages that are craftily planned by the devil to destroy our soul and our health. By healing the sick, the diseased and freeing the demonized, He was actually uprooting all the emotional and spiritual roots.

Before Peter could be powerfully used by God, God has to uproot his fear in facing authority, his guilt and rashfulness in John 21:15-17 assuring Him of His love and forgiveness despite his denial of Him. There is power in forgiveness. It liberates us from the guilt which Satan chooses to place in the hearts of all men. Peter was faced with intense guilt that freezes him from ministry. If not for Jesus setting him free, there will be no outpouring of the spirit at Pentecost and the church will not have birthed so powerfully. On conversion, Philippians 3:13 had to be connected to 2 Corinthians 5:17. Conversion is not only to forget the past but before he can press forward towards the goal of ministry, Peter has to be regenerated to a newly created soul. This is an illustration that every covert needs to be delivered from the carnal nature of the past by confessing their sins in 1 John 1:9 so that all thoughts of past sins are erased and buried including their generational iniquity.

Everyone on Earth has experienced some kind of abuse early in life and these have to be erased lest we glory in them. We should not leave any room for Satan to use our past pain to ruin our future. God be praised for in Christ we have a glorious future.

Prayer: Abba Father, guard our thoughts, our heart and our tongue that we be prevented from further attacks of Satan that ruins our soul. In Jesus' name, Amen.
