Today‘s Inspiration: “Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation!” Psalm 69:19. When we turn our eyes upon Jesus, all the worldly fears, cares and worries become dim in the light of His glory and grace. In fact, our Abba Father God thinks of us daily, more than we think of Him. Have we prayed for what God wants us to do daily or do we just pray for what we want God to do daily? As we grow in intimacy with God, there must be lesser of self and more of God in maturity. John 3:30.
A Christian’s love is not a carnal love that is dependent on feelings, emotions or sensuality. On the contrary, it is the decision to deny self, carry the Cross, and follow Jesus. Luke 9:23 The psalmist sang and revealed,”what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor. You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet: all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas. Psalms 8:4-8 Christ has won the dominion for us at the Cross and He has His victories, blessings and breakthroughs for us daily if follow Him.
Prayer: O Lord my God, show me more of your glory, goodness and grace daily that I shall seek ye first your kingdom and righteousness, satiate the soul of the priests with abundance, and we shall be satisfied with your divine goodness. Your faithfulness and truth of your Word shall be my shield and bulwark. I will not be afraid for I am greatly blessed, highly favoured, and deeply loved by a loving Abba Father God, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
