Today’s Inspiration: “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go.” Joshua 1:7. The foundation of a Christian family is the Word of God. It is the lamp to our feet and light to our path. Psalm 119:105. It is in His light that we see light. Without the Word of God is like walking in this world in spiritual darkness and be easily tempted and drawn to sin. When we minister to Christian home with many problems, we found a common foundational and fundamental challenge. There is a lack of discipleship at home with the Word of God. Proverbs 29:18. Even at home, there are no longer prayers or words of edification in the Spirit. Church can easily be turn into a religious and legalistic routine, without a deep relationship and intimacy with God.
Kingdom success begins with the Word of God. The Church needs a fresh baptism and infilling of the Holy Spirit and Fire. Matthew 3:11. Without the Spirit of God, we will not have love, hunger and thirst for God’s Word and divine truth which can change our spiritual life and develop a purpose for the Kingdom of God. If the OT temple needs the lamps burning day and night as instructed by God in Leviticus 6:13, how much more our bodies as the NT temple of the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 3:16. Remember our Spirit is the lamp of God, and His Word is like Fire. Proverbs 20:27. Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”Joshua 1:8-9 NIV.
Prayer: O Lord my God, for I delight in your commandments as I delight in you. Those who loves you shall abide in your commands and they shall have Kingdom Success. Let your word never depart from my mouth nor from the lips of my children and theirs in the future days. May the Words of my mouth be yours and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you daily. Sanctify them and they shall be sanctified, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
