Today’s Inspiration: “My son, pay attention to my words and be willing to learn; Open your ears to my sayings. Do not let them escape from your sight; Keep them in the center of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, And healing and health to all their flesh.”Proverbs 4:20-22 AMP Our spirit man requires spiritual food to grow just like our physical body requires nutritious food to be strong. Learning to build intimacy with God is to seat down and spend time in His Word, His presence.

The infallible, inerrant and inspired word of God is the language of the Holy Spirit. It guards our thoughts, emotions, words and actions according to the will, ways and workings of God in our daily spiritual lives. The psalmist sang “I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.”Psalms 119:11 God’s word is the lamp to our feet and light to our path. Don’t just read God’s word when we are in trouble or crisis but soak, immerse and be saturated in Him daily for it is His double edged sword that overcomes our flesh, the world and the devil. In 2026, schedule your priority for the Word of God and He will make your enemies His footstool. Praise the Lord!
Prayer: O Lord my God, draw me deeper into your word and your wisdom. Renew my mind with your knowledge and understanding that I be led away from temptations and be delivered from evil. Illuminate my spirit that the eyes of my heart and the ears of my soul be filled with your hope of glory and enlightenment. Let the Word of God be my food to do the will of my Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name, Amen.
