Today‘s Inspiration: Jesus said,”And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” John 14:3 NKJV. The earth is not our home but our mission and harvest field. Do not hold the earthly things too tightly but hold on to the Lord firmly. The great commission is a Christian’s great commandment of love to go, sow and grow. It is a journey and not a destination, a mission and calling of God.
“If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.”Colossians 3:1-4. A true Christian is of compassion for sick, needy and poor for their salvation, sanctification, and service unto God. We take nothing to this earth and take nothing from the earth except Christ in us who is the hope of glory. Colossians 1:37.
Prayer: O Lord my God, for you have plans for me, plans to prosper and not harm, to give me hope and future for your kingdom. Use me as your honoured vessel to be a blessing to the least, the lost and the last. May your consecration bring compassion to my soul and your resurrection for revival in my spirit. My life is not my own but of Christ who gives me hope, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
