Prayer: O Lord my God, your ways are higher than my ways and so does your thoughts higher than my thoughts, just as the heavens is above the earth. Forgive my pride in every way that is not pleasing to you. A contrite heart and a broken spirit you will not turn away. A bruise reed you will not break and a smouldering wick you will not suff out. Draw near to me as I draw near to you. Wash my hands, purify my heart and give me a clarity of mind to serve your purpose, will and plans. For your grace is sufficient for me, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
