Today‘s Inspiration: “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me." John 14:1 NKJV All issues of life comes from the heart and let us not be stressed, fearful or anxious. Proverbs 4:23. But come to the Lord personally in prayer, petitions and thanksgiving in our hearts. The power of thanksgiving increases our faith in Christ. It is the first love that gives us the attitude of gratitude. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6
It is the blood of Jesus that we can be redeemed from our sins and restore of our relationship with God with the joy of our salvation. But salvation is not the end but the beginning of our spiritual lifestyle with the Spirit of God. Jesus taught,”If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.”John 14:15-17. When we honour the Holy Spirit, He will guide us into all truth and His truth will set us free. Glory to God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, fill me with thy Holy Spirit and strengthen me with thy Word. Let my heart not be troubled but be rested in your Holy presence. Let your favor and grace surround your sheep and children like a shield. Establish the work of my hands and direct the path of my feet. For your perfect love cast out all fears, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
