Today’s Inspiration: “He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.” I Peter 1:15-16 NKJV. A born again and regenerative life of a believer in Christ is holiness. Christianity without Christ is only a religion without relationship with God. We all like Christ but are we like Christ? How does Jesus live daily on earth? What did He prioritize daily and how He relate to God and people around Him? Who are we becoming? Worldly or the Word?

All men and women in the Bible did one thing commonly when they met Jesus. They all repented. For without repentance, we will not bear the fruit of holiness in the Spirit. Matthew 3:8 Our prayers are fleshly without a contrite heart. It is only through repentance, is there an inward spiritual transformation of our minds and hearts. A Church and believer cannot grow in spirit and truth without forgiveness of sins. And that calls upon the precious blood of the lamb to wash away our sins, iniquities, and transgressions. Psalm 51:7 Holiness is not praying, worshipping or reading the word more. It is becoming more like the Word, the image of God in Christlikeness.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let me be a doer of your word and not just hearer of your word. Reveal the deeper things in my heart and if there are any offense, wounds or sins, I repent before you. For a contrite heart and broken spirit, you do not despise or turn away. Lead me in your everlasting ways that I may become more like you by the leading of your Holy Spirit. Heal me and I shall be healed, save me and I shall be saved, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
