Today’s Inspiration: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”
Galatians 5:22-23 NIV. Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever. 1 John 2:15-17.

Jesus warned in the end of times, there will be false prophets and teachers. The body of Christ must just discern not just how accurate the prophecy is but are there fruit of the spirit in the person’s attitude, behaviour and character. The Lord taught,”Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.” Matthew 7:15-20
Prayer: O Lord my God, let me not seek the world but the kingdom of God. Let my life be fill with fruitfulness of the Holy Spirit. Give me discernment of the Spirit to know your word and truth of the gospel. Let my eyes be on your word and not online; let my mind be on your vision and not on the past and let me trust the Spirit and not in the flesh. Lead me in your everlasting ways to bear fruit that will last, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
