Today’s Inspiration: “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him. Lamentations 3:22-24 NIV. Prophet Jeremiah was powerfully used by God especially during the captivity of Judah by King Nebuchadnezzar. We must learn to fear God and not man. Those who obeyed the prophet was saved in Babylon but those who went to Egypt was killed. Obedience is better sacrifice during difficult times. 1 Samuel 15:22. His prayers and tears brought healing, protection and provisions for the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Today we see the glory of God coming to past in the fulfilment of scriptures in the restoration of Israel in 1948 and all Jewish brothers are returning back to the Land of God. One day to the Lord is like a thousand years. Psalm 90:4. Whether you are facing financial, health or relational challenges, obey the Lord in His prophetic word and commandments. Seek and sought Him in prayers and build your personal altar, He will answer and direct you for God is not mocked, for whoever sows shall reap. Apostle Paul taught,” Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:8-9. Praise God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, we prayed for our Nation Singapore that it will be a sheep nation, a righteous country who will obey your word and abide in your commandments. This day we pray for all our leaders both in government and the church to be God fearing man and woman, who will stand firm against the pressures of the world and do what is pleasing in your eyes. For the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, knowledge and understanding, in Jesus' Name, Amen!
