Today’s Inspiration: “Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold.” Proverbs 3:13-14 NIV. To live a life of wisdom is to fear the Lord, depart from sin, and walk in His commands. Proverbs 9:10. What the Church desperately needed most today is the Holy Spirit, for without the Spirit of God, there is no wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. And without the knowledge of God, which comes from the Word and the Spirit of God, man perishes. Hosea 4:6 Prayer opens the door to God’s wisdom.

Wisdom is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her; those who hold her fast will be blessed. Proverbs 3:15-18. Wisdom gives us self control and manifests the fruit of the spirit. Therefore ask the Lord for wisdom for He shall give us generously without finding fault, like a father teaches a son. James 1:5. When we walk in God’s wisdom, we no walk in darkness or sin, but in His glorious light and salvation.
Prayer: O Lord my God, give us today our daily bread and forgives us of our sins just as we forgive others of their sins against us. I ask for your wisdom to handle all my family, ministry, school, work, business, and relationships. Let me not be anxious, but in all things commit to you in prayer, petitions, and thanksgiving in our hearts. Make us your vessels for new wine and purposes in the coming season, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
