2 December 2025 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “You who answer prayer, to you all people will come. When we were overwhelmed by sins, you forgave our transgressions.”Psalms 65:2-3 NIV Our sins gives foot hold to the enemy but sanctification makes God our strength to overcome them. Forgiveness in families and homes through Christ brings forth answered prayers. Pride is always the greatest hurdle to prayers. But through prayers and repentance, it humbles us and overcomes our fleshly desires by the Spirit.

Be always quickly to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger in the family. James 1:19 Always be quick to forgive and take no offence for its give the enemy a foot hold in our hearts with bitter root. That’s why we all need the inner healing of the Lord to set us free with His truth. The psalmist sang,”You answer us with awesome and righteous deeds, God our Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas, who formed the mountains by your power, having armed yourself with strength, who stilled the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations. The whole earth is filled with awe at your wonders; where morning dawns, where evening fades, you call forth songs of joy.”Psalms 65:5-8

Prayer: O Lord my God, let my home and family be your dwelling place where there is love, grace, and mercy. Make it a house of prayers, passion and praises daily. Let my heart not be hardened but be humble to trust you in all situations. May the word of my mouth and meditation of my heart be pleasing to you. May all my prayers reaches you ears, my God who hears, in Jesus Name, Amen.
