Today’s Inspiration: “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”John 15:5 NIV Learning to yield to God, we have crucify our flesh at the Cross, just as a branch which has no life on its own but its life is fully dependent on the vine. It breaks the lust of our eyes, the lust of our flesh and the pride of life. A fully surrendered life to Christ is a true Christian life.

For the Lord says,”For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”Isaiah 55:8-9 Jesus taught,”If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.”John 15:6-8

Prayer: O Lord my God, you are the divine Vine and I am your branch who puts all my trust, faith, dependency and hope in you. Make me your fruitful branch and a blessing to others around me that I may glorify your name. You have made me producer, not just a consumer. Let me bear the fruit of your Holy Spirit and be a witness of your love, grace and mercy that all may be saved, in Jesus Name, Amen.
