Today’s Inspiration: “May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands.” Psalms‬ ‭149‬:‭6‬ ‭NIV‬‬. The most powerful spiritual edification of one’s soul is to sing praises unto the Lord. It is also the spiritual weapon against the devil in times of warfare and challenges. Without praise, we cannot enter the presence of God and without worship in reverence, we will not encounter His holy presence. Remember this, the enemy or infirmities cannot enter into our praises unto the Lord.

King David sang,”Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.” Psalms‬ ‭100‬:‭4‬-‭5‬. ‭The praises of our God changes our countenance and brings joy and strength to our spirit, soul, and body. A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs‬ ‭17‬:‭22.‬ ‭The anointing of praises breaks the yoke of sickness, sadness, and sorrows, bringing strength, sanctification, and soundness in our minds. Praises unto God breaks all fears, anxieties and stress. Glory to God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, let my heart and my mouth be filled with thy praises, worship, and glory. You are worthy to be praise, my hope of glory, and my high tower and fortress. Worthy is the lamb who was slain, who was and is, and is to come in redemption of our souls and grants us eternal life and blessings. My delight is in you alone, for I shall sing unto you a new song and praise you all the days of my life, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
