Today’s Inspiration: “He who has a slack hand becomes poor, But the hand of the diligent makes rich. He who gathers in summer is a wise son; He who sleeps in harvest is a son who causes shame.” Proverbs 10:4-5 NKJV. Today the danger of the Church is being just a consumer and not a producer. We want easy success and not work hard; we want blessing but not serving, and we are waiting to go heaven without fruit of the Spirit. Are we diligent in the Word and Work of the Kingdom? Would we see lazy people in Heaven?

Apostle Paul speaks about hardship, hard training, and hard work in the kingdom of God. “You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. And also if anyone competes in athletics, he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules. The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops. Consider what I say, and may the Lord give you understanding in all things.” II Timothy 2:3-7 NKJV.
Prayer: O Lord my God, may the hands you have given to me be useful for the master. Call me into your enlistment, your vision, and your harvest. May I work hard and rest hard in your purpose and presence. Make me your workmanship and I rejoice in the privilege and honor to serve the most high God, for your calling and gifting are irrevocable. May the Lord establishes the work of my hands and I shall work hard, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
