Today’s Inspiration: “Commit your works to the Lord, And your thoughts will be established. The Lord has made all for Himself, Yes, even the wicked for the day of doom.” Proverbs‬ ‭16‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭NKJV‬. Is God our plan or part of our plan? Is prayer our steering wheel or our spare tyre? If our plans do not require prayers, it is likely our plans do not involve our Lord. If we can do it all by ourselves, we do not need faith in God. Likewise if we do not know who we are, we will always want to be somebody else, than doing what God has created us to do in our calling and gifting.

The psalmist says,”Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away. If only we knew the power of your anger! Your wrath is as great as the fear that is your due. Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalms‬ ‭90‬:‭10‬-‭12‬. ‭Don’t give your time and days away for the devil’s game in pride, anger, jealousy, envy, bitterness and hatred. Give your time and days to the Holy Spirit, to pray, to bless, to worship and to love like Christ. We shall all be hold account to God for the days. Matthew 12:36. So like us be wise, to save souls, sanctify and to serve each other well for the Kingdom of God with God’s given gifts and grace, bearing much fruit.

Prayer: O Lord my God, give us a heart of wisdom to live our days for your purpose, providence, and postures. Let us fill each days with the spirit of edification, exhortation, and comfort. Forgive any ungodly, unruly or harmful words we had used to bring others down carelessly or pridefully. Sanctify our tongues and lips that we can be vessels of living waters that brings Christ, life and love for one another truly, deeply, and dearly, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
