Today’s Inspiration: “Jesus said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4 NKJV. Today the crisis of the Church is biblical illiteracy and spiritual misguidance. Apostle John spoke in his epistles to test the spirit, which is to know the origin of scripture, the authority of scripture and the consistency of scripture. 1 John 4:1 There is no spiritual grow and character transformation without obedience to the Word of God in the fear of God.

Is our life govern by the Word of God in our thoughts, emotions, words and actions? We need the Word of God to discipline our lives and direct us with godly wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. The Word of God brings forth the fear of God which leads us to holiness and godliness. 1 Timothy 6:6. The opposite is the fear of man and worldliness in the flesh, which is a snare. Proverbs 29:25. Our choices and actions to obey and abide to God’s Word determines our life and destiny in the Kingdom of God. Trusting and following God’s Word brings divine providence, peace and protection.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let me seek ye first your Kingdom and righteousness fully according to your Holy Word which sanctifies my soul. Let I not walk in my own ways or following the world but make a decision to abide and obey your Scriptures. I choose to love you with all my heart, with all my soul, and all my strength. Direct me daily with your word, your ways and your wisdom that I will not sin against you, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
