16 December 2020 Word by Honorary Pastor Rev Alicia Teo

Today's Inspiration: Thoughts are seeds planted in the garden of one's mind. We need to sow good thoughts in order to reap a full harvest of what God intends for us to have. Sow thoughts of prosperity, not thoughts of calamity. Jeremiah 29:11.

When we change the way we think, we will become victorious in our life. The word of God is meant for us to digest so well that it penetrates deep into our heart and our thoughts that it shut out every voice of opinion against you. When we keep our mouth and tongues, we keep our soul from troubles.

What truly is a good heart? It is one whose spirit is regenerated and one whose mind is so full of God's wise counsel that even when he is faced with a giant, he does not fear but conquer him through words of victory not of calamity. God's words are powerful, enough even to conquer death like the widow during Elisha's time when she said it is well with her soul even when her son was dead. 2 Kings 4:32-37. Such insight of Resurrection empowers her to be more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8:37. The enemy falls under the powerful name of the Lord.

May we praise the Lord at all times with a double-edged sword of the spirit in our hands. The destiny of your life depends on your belief and confession. You are a direct reflection of what you say you are and who you think you are. God be praised.

Prayer: O Lord, help me to speak well of myself so that ALL be well with me, but keep me HUMBLE at the same time always. In Jesus name Amen.
