Today’s Inspiration: “If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.” Mark‬ ‭9‬:‭23‬ ‭NIV‬‬. This was an encounter that reveals to a father whose son needs deliverance on the blockages of healing and prayer request. Fear, doubts and unbelief can hinder divine breakthroughs in our lives. The father was disappointed because even the disciples of Christ couldn’t deliver his son but rhema revelation came to him from our Lord Jesus.

The father knew he had unbelief and asked the Lord to help him to believe and the breakthrough came. The unclean spirit left the boy and became normal when Jesus identified the unclean spirit and cast it out. Not only that, the disciples also learn that discernment comes from prayer and fasting to cast out unclean spirits of infirmities. Mark 9:29. God never gives us the spirit of fear but the spirit of love, power and self control. 2 Timothy 1:7. So let us be lesser and God be greater. When we are in distress or facing strongholds, prayer and fasting in the Holy Spirit can help us expose roots and mountains to be removed. Christ is our healer, deliverer and breakthrough. Praise God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, search my heart and help me through my fears, doubts and unbelief. I choose to believe in you and your Holy Word. Nothing is impossible for God and all things are possible for those who believe. You are the healer to the sick, deliverer to the oppressed and provider to the needy. You are the King and the Breaker who goes before me to past through gates and breacher of all strongholds. Glory to God in Jesus' Name, Amen!
