Today’s Inspiration: “I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being.”Ephesians 3:16 NIV Prayer is the lifestyle, discipline, breath, life, spirit, power and strength of a follower and disciple of Jesus Christ. Prayer is not asking God for just what we want or want to do, it is being with Him and doing His will of what He says. I remembered my mum was a woman of faith and prayer. At old age, her heavy Bible was either in her handbag traveling or on her lap at home, hospital or bed, always ready for God in prayer fervently. Christ was her reality.

I believe how much she loved Jesus wasn’t just in the church, ministry or life group but was deep inside of her privately in the secret place with that first love daily. She knew how Jesus lived and led by His Father’s love. She wasn’t religious but relational to the needs of others. Apostle Paul said,”He fervently and unceasingly prays for the Church and disciples saying,” Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”Ephesians 3:17-19

Prayer: O Lord my God, may the first love for you be fan into flames daily in prayer, petitions and thanksgiving. Let me be rooted in your love by your Cross and be revived in the Spirit by your Resurrection. Remove the old man and filthy garments so that the new creation is put on with new garments of praise with the love, hope and faith in you alone. I am convinced that nothing can separate me from your love and the Father’s by the Holy Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.
