Today’s Inspiration: “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” Isaiah 43:18-19 NIV. We have to break free from the past and the old man. For God always has His new plans and purposes for us daily, both in and out of seasons. Don’t keep doing old things and old ways, expecting new things and new providence to come. Our God is an awesome creative God, who makes all of us different, special and unique.

When we walk in the Spirit, we are changing into the image of Christ, who makes all things new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 David has to move from the sheep pen into the battlefield to overcome Goliath; Joseph has to enter Egypt to fulfil his destiny for Israel; Moses has to move to the Red Sea to see the greatest deliverance miracle; Esther has to risk her life to save her people and so do many man and women of God in the scriptures who does new things by faith. What is God’s new direction, revelation and relevance for you in the coming season? It is only by faith that we can please God and faith is never found in comfort zone, but rather in growing zone. See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you. Isaiah 42:9
Prayer: O Lord my God, you are an awesome creative God and I believe faith comes from hearing, hearing your Word in my life for new changes and also in my attitude, behaviour and character. Renew my mind and give me new measure of faith to move into the growing zone that I may encounter you deeper and closer, as I offer my life as a living sacrifice. Behold, you make all things new, in Jesus Name, Amen.
